What is Zentrack?
Zentrack is a fully customizable help desk, bug tracking, and project management system. It is designed for systems with less than 10,000 users (until the 3.0 release!).

Zentrack is a highly flexible, quality bug tracking, project management, and help desk system. The current features include:

Contacts and Customers

  • Maintain a list of organizations or people (i.e. customers) related to your tickets
  • Maintain contract agreements and reference items for each contacts
  • Associate contacts with tickets for tracking, sorting, viewing

Accessibility and Monitoring

  • Email interface for busy employees
  • Internationalization support
  • Recieve email notices on a ticket by ticket basis
