Hi, I'm trying to create a list for each ticket in my zentrack to store all the components afected by one ticket, i would like to know if it is possible to do it just using varfield_multi or something like this without development.

It's very simple.
You just need to include all your components in a Data Group (Custom table, maybe Matches or File type is the easier in this case). Once the Data Group is populated, use it as default group for a custom_multi field in the ticket_create and ticket_edit fieldmaps (maybe you can include it in another fieldmap if you intend to update the list from another page). Remember to set the field's style to "menu".
