What is Zentrack?

Zentrack is designed to be a highly flexible, quality, project management and help desk solution. It is currently targeted for organizations with less than 5000 employees (until our 3.0 release!).

Limitations 
Yes, we are aware that there are many tracking systems out there. We hope you pick the one that works best for your organization. Here are some limitations and feature requests from our users, which may help you in deciding if ZT is right for you:
  • No User Groups - permissions are set for each user (a bit tedious)
    User groups are planned for release 2.7         
  • Rigid Workflow - tickets can only be OPEN, PENDING, or CLOSED, you can't add any additional steps
    Most users overcome this with creative use of bins/moving tickets and custom fields (checkboxes or text fields), version 3.0 will have a completely customizable flowpath
  • Resource Management and Gant Charts - although we haven't found a system that does them (for free), everybody wants them
